Obiectivul postului:

  • Elaborarea si implementarea strategiilor de marketing pentru portofoliul alocat de produse, pentru a atinge obiectivele de vanzari si de marketing, mentinerea continuitatii si rentabilitatii evolutiei produselor alocate, in conformitate cu planurile locale si regionale ale companiei. Poziția este locată în Bucuresti sau Timisoara.

Responsabilitati:

  • Dezvolta si/sau adapteaza strategia nationala de marketing a portofoliului de produse pe termen scurt, mediu si lung pentru ambele canale de vanzare;
  • Identifica oportunitati de piata si amenintari privind portofoliul, clientii, concurenta si urmareste reglementarile legale;
  • Dezvolta planul de marketing pentru portofoliul desemnat cu scopul atingerii obiectivelor stabilite;
  • Efectueaza analize periodice de piata si coopereaza indeaproape cu departamentele corporate de marketing strategic sau cu Marketing Managerul in vederea adaptarii strategiilor si tacticilor de marketing la cerintele locale;
  • Comunica strategia si planul de marketing fortei de vanzari si urmareste implementarea acestuia;
  • Monitorizeaza si analizeaza evolutia portofoliului alocat cu scopul asigurarii continuitatii profitabile a acestuia;
  • Construieste si mentine relatii cu liderii de opinie;
  • Propune, monitorizeaza si controleaza bugetul anual de venituri si cheltuieli pentru portofoliul alocat;
  • Identifica si transmite nevoile de training pentru salesforce. Se implica in cresterea nivelului de cunostinte prin livrare de training de specialitate pentru forta de vanzari si vizite in teren
  • Pastreaza actualizate informatiile din prezentari, materialele promotionale si fise tehnice si dezvolta materiale promotionale;
  • Organizeaza evenimente, participa la evenimente stiintifice cu scopul promovarii produselor /serviciilor companiei (independent sau ca suport pentru forta de vanzari);
  • Colaboreaza cu departementele suport: dezvolta previziuni de vanzari si coopereaza cu dep. Regulatory Affairs si departamentul Supply Chain in vederea asigurarii disponibilitatii produselor alocate; ofera suport departamentului de licitatii pentru pregatirea ofertelor, sau argumentatiei in contestatii;
  • Ofera asistenta de specialitate pentru clientii externi (lideri de opinie, potentiali clienti etc) si clientii interni (colegi) in ceea ce priveste utilizarea produselor;
  • Cunoaste si respecta reglementarile din domeniu si procedurilele interne in relatie cu activitatile de marketing si vanzari;
  • Raporteaza catre nivelele ierarhice superioare orice atitudine/actiune a unor persoane din cadrul companiei sau din afara acesteia, care prejudiciaza imaginea/interesele companiei B. Braun sau valorile promovate de B. Braun;
  • Comunica prompt reclamatiile de calitate si reactiile adverse la medicamente catre Local Safety Officer / responsabilul local de vigilenta (farmaco si medicovigilenta).
  • Are grija de aspectul exterior (infatisare, imbracaminte, coafura), de modul de comportament si de echipamentele de lucru (laptop, tableta, telefon, masina).
  • Respecta si se asigura de respectarea prevederilor Codului de Conduita, Ghidurile si Politicile B. Braun.

Profilul Candidatului:

  • Studii superioare finalizate, facultate/master de/in Bioinginerie Medicala sau alt profil relevant inginerie/tehnica medicala constituie un avantaj;
  • Atestat/Diploma de cursuri de Marketing constituie un avantaj;

  • Experiență necesară:

  • Minim 3 ani experienta de Product Management sau Clinical Sales Specialist

  • Minim 5 ani experiență în industria promovării medicale (experiență în piața echipamentelor medicale constituie un avantaj);

  • Cunoasterea protocoalelor pentru proceduri chirurgicale din Teatrul Operator constituie un avantaj;

  • Bună înțelegere a pieței locale și a produselor de tip Capital Equipment constituie un avantaj major;

  • Experiență cu procesul de licitații in spitale;
  • Bune cunoștințe de operare: Pachet MS Office;
  • Disponibilitate pentru deplasări și mobilitate în interes de serviciu;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B;
  • Abilități de prezentare și negociere;
  • Demonstrează o atitudine pozitivă și gândește în termeni de soluții;
  • Arată perseverență și determinare;
  • Finalizează sarcini și proiecte cu succes;
  • Interacționează constructiv, lucrează în echipă;
  • Adaptabilitate la schimbare și îmbunătățire continuă, flexibilitate.
