YOUR TASKS

• Draw up rules and processes for the technical scope entrusted to him/her, including documentation and associated procedures.
• Build, test and validate technical solutions, upgrades of editor solutions, and external integrators/partners and act as a quality wall
• Identify and make appropriate changes to ensure the continuity of the activity or to improve the quality of the service.
• Maintain the availability of solutions in collaboration with Operations and Systems
• Set-up admin rules and act as super-admin of the platform.
• Ensure releases upgrade are delivered in time and tested for data & service recovery
• Resolve L3 incidents according to standard procedures (escalation, communication, etc.) and communication with the editor IBM when necessary
• Ensure interfaces and integration between IBM Jazz suite and third-party applications are monitored in relies on standards GIT practices
• Contribute/participate in projects by providing in-depth knowledge of his/her technical field, and managing the necessary actions (communications, planning, …).

Your Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or significant experience
• Ability to create documentation and organize the skills transfer
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent spoken and written English required)
• ITIL processes knowledge
• Customer service skills (internal/external) and team spirit
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on IT administration in IBM products like DOORS, DOORS Next, EWM (RTC), ETM (RQM), Rhapsody and other Jazz applications
• Knowledge of API, OSLC mechanisms
• Knowledge of database administration and network architecture
• Knowledge of other ALM tools (DOORS Classic, PTC Integrity ) or integrations to 3rd party tools is an advantage
• Software development skills (e.g. Javascript, Java, Python…) are a plus
