Technical Production Company Seeking Specialist with Background in Industrial Economic Engineering / Production Manager

We are a dynamic production company currently in a key phase of growth and optimization. We are looking for a professional with a background in
Industrial Economic Engineering
to join our team. We value a committed individual with a big-picture mindset, operational experience, and a proactive leadership attitude, capable of optimizing production activities.

Main requirements
:

  • University degree in Industrial Economic Engineering or related fields.
  • Solid operational experience in an industrial production environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge and proven experience in: Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, Six Sigma (certifications are an advantage).
  • Experience in coordinating production and industrialization processes.
  • Analytical thinking with a focus on solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Proven leadership and the ability to manage teams and drive positive change.
  • Good command of English; French is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities (including role of Production Manager):

  • Planning, organizing, and efficiently carrying out daily operations.
  • Coordinating and supervising the production team, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
  • Tracking performance indicators (KPIs) for production processes.
  • Optimizing workflows and internal resources.
  • Increasing productivity and flexibility by reducing waste and controlling costs.
  • Ensuring product compliance and meeting quality, cost, and delivery criteria.
  • Ensuring traceability of manufactured products and overseeing visual and dimensional inspections at various stages (draping, injection, etc.).
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new products into production.
  • Training and familiarizing teams with composite technologies and specific processes.
  • Monitoring and documenting internal and external quality issues.
  • Preparing and managing quality control and compliance documentation.
  • Complying with safety and emergency instructions.
