The international group UE Chairs, a leader in furniture production in China, opens a new office in Dudeștii-Noi, Timiș County.

This is the second major investment in Romania, after the UEROM Furniture factory in Orăștie (Hunedoara), a sign that UE Chairs aims for solid and sustainable development in Romania.

What you will do in your new role:

• Monitoring and constantly updating product stocks.
• Receiving goods and checking them according to accompanying documents, as well as registering documents and archiving them;
• Providing support in preparing documents / reports for audits;
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure good stock management;
• Participation in periodic inventories and management of identified differences;
• Validation of goods entries and exits and keeping the SAP database up to date.

What we want from you:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and specific databases (SAP knowledge is an advantage);
• PC knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel);
• Flexibility and adaptability to the specific requirements of the job;
• Good organizational skills;
• English at a professional level is mandatory.
