SITECH Romania, the official dealer of TRIMBLE machine control systems & surveying equipment for Romania is looking for a Managing Director

Job Description

  • Drawing up and implement the entity's business plan in order to achieve the strategic and operational objectives.
  • Manage the SITECH Romania business unit and follow up the time, costs and means of the activities, within the general policy lines, and this in consultation with the SITECH Division & Monnoyeur Committee
  • Understand and monitor the company's competitive environment
  • Follow up on new trends in the company's sector of activity
  • Engage employees and involve them in the decision-making process
  • Identify and manage tenders following strategic guidelines
  • Adjust the organizational structure of the company according to the needs
  • Invest in technologies to optimize team productivity
  • Ensure the company's visibility on the market
  • Represent the company, develop strong partnership and customer intimacy
  • Implement and ensure compliance with Group policies
  • Work in collaboration with counterparts within the SITECH DIVISION and MONNOYEUR (Finance, IT, HR, COO, Strategic Marketing Director and CTO)
  • Facilitate the successful deployment of the projects (ERP, HR policy, FP&A…) within the subsidiary
  • Maintain a corporate culture and unite teams around our common project
  • Collaborate actively in the SITECH Division and contribute to the collective projects to transform our entities in the transformation partners of our customers
  • Any other related tasks pertaining to the position.
