Process Manager – Plastic Parts Production

We are seeking a
Process Manager
to lead the Methods Department of an autonomous production unit delivering
150,000 plastic parts per day
for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of 6 engineers and technicians.
  • Drive continuous improvement of industrial performance (TRP, productivity plans).
  • Support molds and tools industrialization and manage capacity planning and workshop layout evolution.
  • Coordinate team activities, adapt organization and skills to mid-term strategic plans.
  • Oversee a wide range of technologies: plastic injection, painting, varnishing, and metal coating.

Profile

  • Engineering degree with proven experience as both an
    injection process engineer
    and in
    production management
    .
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills in a high-demand industrial environment.
  • Fluent in English, with ambition to grow into higher responsibilities.
  • Passionate about technology, performance, and team development.
