Production Planner

Bekaert Combustion Technology B.V. is a global business unit that develops, manufactures and sells Burners and Heat Exchangers for residential and commercial markets. The purpose of the job is to schedule the production in the most optimal way, trying to meet the market requirements as much as possible, but at the same time taking capabilities of the organization into account.

• Develop and maintain an optimal production plan to meet service and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, production, logistics, etc.).
• Monitor capacity and materials; escalate when action is needed.
• Manage forecasts and target stock levels (TSLs) in SAP.
• Choose the best planning strategy per SKU (MTO, ATO, MTS).
• Support S&OP and investment planning through workload insights.
• Track and improve KPIs; suggest improvements where needed.
• Drive continuous improvement in ERP setup and planning processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives.

Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Technical or logistical higher education/business administration (Bachelor/Master) or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
Drive for results

Understanding of production processes
Strong in Microsoft Excel
Proactive
Team player, communicates openly with all levels
Speaks/writes fluently English

• At least 3 years of experience in production planning or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
