We are looking for an experienced and driven Presales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in driving business growth through a deep understanding of customer needs and crafting tailored solutions. The Presales Manager will engage directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze challenges, and design proposals that align with their objectives.

What you will do:

  • Engage directly with customers through meetings and discovery sessions to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and identify opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver customized PowerPoint presentations and solution proposals, adapting them to each client's needs and expectations.
  • Analyze RFIs and RFPs, define response strategies, and create high-impact proposals that address customer pain points.
  • Maintain a detailed record of bids won and lost, conduct follow-ups for lessons learned, and implement improvements for future submissions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate market trends to strengthen proposal strategies and differentiate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical, sales, and delivery teams, to design solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Participate in validation interviews for potential new hires to ensure cultural fit and alignment with company objectives.
  • Draft job descriptions for the recruitment team, providing clear profiles of successful candidates and required competencies.

What you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or a related role within services or outsourcing.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing models, managed services, and technology solutions.
  • Proven experience in responding to RFIs, RFPs, and managing the full presales lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and delivery teams.
  • Experience in conducting competitive analysis and market research to position solutions effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • Technical background is a plus.
