We are looking for:

An experienced and proactive
Software Project Manager
who can lead complex development projects from bid to closure within a dynamic, international railway environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

What you will do:


• Identifying and organizing solution breakdown in collaboration with the project


• design authority in order to optimize the project delivery approach


• Identify and analyses project stakeholder and involve them to establish the best project setup


• Reviews and manages project risks together with Stakeholders to define the optimal risk profile


• Define the development scope based on the input by the Project Design Authority and establish project planning approach and project schedule


• Defines the Work Break Down Structure for the development project


• Manage project estimations by line management and/or Work Package


• Document the development scope and assumptions in Realistic Engineering


• Estimation Commitment Sheet (REEC) and manages commitments of involved departments by line management are given


• Establish planning baseline for earned value analysis during the project execution


• Liaise with the bid manager to prepare the cost commitment review (CCR) and contribute to bid gates


• Organize challenge meeting within Engineering in case the cost limits or schedule limits could not be reached.

What you need to have:


• At least 5 years of experience in project management


• Good knowledge of development process


• Ability to understand and debate on complex technical issues


• Knowledge of project management, configuration and change management tools.
