Job Overview:
The future junior campaigns manager will perform day to day tasks related to the success of the media campaigns developed for our clients, including but not limited to digital paid campaigns on Facebook & Google.

Responsibility:


•    Manage paid campaigns from end- to-end - from building, testing and enhancing content, to reporting and tracking results — to deliver against targets.


•    Partner with content, creative team to deliver high performing ads that resonate with key audiences.


•    Collaborate with marketing and website operations to optimize landing page and web-based campaign assets, run A/B tests, and ensure optimal funnel tracking and reporting.


•    Identify creative ideas for lead / sales generation and growth, from new channels to out-of-the box initiatives.


•    Keyword research and management to optimize bids


•    Monitor and optimize campaign spend, keyword bids, negative keywords, campaign targeting, and other important account metrics


•    Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results


•    Create and analyze campaign performance reports to inform relevant teams/clients


•    Team up with the extended team for various research needs on new / existing customers


•    Always looking for new automatization opportunities

Day to day tasks:


•    Plan, implement, optimize and evaluate all digital campaigns while respecting client requirements & brief


•    Create, test, optimize and evaluate ads (copy, text, image) based on existing campaign KPI's and client history


•    Ensure spend is in line with client's budget


•    Ensure proper booking of working hours for client's reports

Qualifications & Requirements:


•    Bachelor's Degree in marketing or other economic areas (master's degree in marketing is a plus)


•    Basic understanding of the advertising industry


•    Passionate about digital marketing, social media and the latest trends in content related media


•    Good with numbers, while also being creative by nature


•    Great attention to detail


•    Good knowledge of Romanian grammar and spelling. Able to correctly write ads while also spotting mistakes when reviewing existing content


•    Fluency in written and spoken English


•    Nice to have:

o  Facebook Blueprint Certification, Google Ads & Analytics Certification

o  Hands-on experience working with various paid media platforms (e.g. Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
