As a Pricing Specialist in the Bid & Proposal team, you will be responsible for developing competitive, accurate, and compliant pricing strategies for proposals and bids. You will collaborate closely with project managers, finance, operations, and the RFP team to ensure pricing aligns with client requirements, internal targets, and market conditions.

Requirements
  • Experience in pricing, cost estimation, or bid management, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or technical industries
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of cost structures, financial modeling, and proposal pricing best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, pricing software, or bid management tools is a plus
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop pricing models and strategies for bids and proposals, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
  • Analyze project scope, technical requirements, and financial data to determine accurate costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, legal, project management) to gather inputs for pricing
  • Support RFP and proposal teams by providing cost estimates, pricing recommendations, and scenario analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and client requirements
  • Monitor and update pricing databases, templates, and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to pricing and provide recommendations to management
  • Contribute to post-bid analysis and lessons learned to improve future pricing strategies
