For our client, one of the leaders of the raw materials distribution market in Romania, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking full responsibility for warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management;
  • Overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods;
  • Managing warehouse inventory (internal and external) and coordinating transportation, with focus on road and sea freight;
  • Supervising daily loading and unloading operations;
  • Establishing and enforcing clear rules, processes, and procedures;
  • Managing sampling procedures and implementing quality control checks to uphold product standards;
  • Leading process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve service levels;
  • Utilizing ERP systems and reporting tools for inventory management and performance tracking;
  • Ensuring team coordination and proactive leadership by planning, organizing, and supervising employee activities;
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong coordination and team management skills;
  • Conversational level of English;
  • Experience in the field of chemical substances would be an advantage;
  • Forklift operator certification would be a plus.
