Role Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive
Systems Specialist
who combines expertise in
Health & Safety (HSE)
,
IT
, and
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
administration, directly contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our company's activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and verify the technical condition of equipment, infrastructure, and warehouse facilities.
• Coordinate and implement occupational health and safety measures, ensuring compliance with fire safety and emergency regulations.
• Organize and document regular training sessions for staff.
• Administer and enhance the WMS, including testing and implementing new processes.
• Ensure continuous functionality of IT equipment (PCs, servers, printers, scanners).
• Negotiate maintenance contracts and manage hardware inventory as well as software licenses.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in
  Health & Safety (HSE/SSM)
  , including staff training and compliance monitoring
• Solid knowledge of
  IT systems
  (hardware & software) and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with
  Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  administration and process optimization
• Strong
  planning, reporting, and organizational abilities
• Excellent
  teamwork and communication skills
• A
  proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  with focus on continuous improvement
• Experience in logistics or a related industry is a plus
