SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES
Contract management
- Set up, monitor and optimize vehicle leasing contracts
- Manage relations with service providers and ensure compliance with contractual commitments (services, invoicing, negotiations, etc.)
- Update the monitoring indicators for its perimeter and analyse them where necessary
Fleet management
- Carry out and monitor deliveries, renewals and returns of vehicles within its scope
- Plan vehicle assignments and coordinate vehicle transfers (convoying, etc.)
- Place orders for equipment (fuel cards, electronic toll badges, geolocation, etc.)
- Manage the fitting out of commercial vehicles (specific equipment linked to the vehicle's use activity)
- Manage and monitor vehicle compliance (manufacturer recalls, technical inspections, etc.)
- Supervise vehicle appraisals at the time of return (invoicing to rental company, etc.)
- Monitor and update fleet data in the business tool
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of its activity (procedures, business tools, etc.)
- Place orders for non-contract repairs (miscellaneous repairs, etc.)
- Handle fines (reporting drivers, etc.)
- Draw up and update the vehicle catalog (TCO calculation, type of vehicle, etc.)
Support
- Assist and support users (procedures, rules, etc.)
Claims management
- Obtain claims reports from stakeholders
- Declare and track claims with insurance brokers
- Contribute to the recording and tracking of vehicle reconditioning costs

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)
Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 level in administration or logistics and/or 2 years' significant experience preferred
