About the Role:

The job
Marketing Specialist
in our
KLG Team/Bolintin Deal
is a
full-time job,
with
remote work
flexibility, (1/4)

1-home, 4-office

You'll be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, supporting sales and customer service activities, and helping enhance KLG Europe's presence in the logistics industry.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and communication strategies
  • Manage online communication channels and content (social media, newsletters, website, blogs)
  • Coordinate promotional materials, suppliers, and agencies
  • Optimize marketing efforts in SEA, SEO, social media, communication and email marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to event organization and internal/external communications
  • Ensure KLG Europe's corporate and employer branding is consistent and engaging
  • Designing and supporting the communication tools used at our locations
  • Social media is your tool. You will be proactively engaged with this on a daily basis.
  • You analyze Google Analytics data and use it to provide input for online activities, including social media efforts (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • You are involved in website optimizations; you identify bottlenecks on the website and investigate where people might get stuck.
  • You identify trends and developments in the field of marketing
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing performance
    , including content creation, automation, and analytics
  • Create and manage AI agents
    for marketing and communications workflows, improving efficiency in customer engagement, social media management, and campaign monitoring
  • Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions in campaigns, internal processes, and digital communications

About you:

  • Fresh graduate/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum work/internship experience, 2 years and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in market research, sales, and marketing tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in logistics is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Structured, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience or interest in AI tools and creating AI agents
    for marketing, communications, or process automation
  • Ability to identify innovative AI solutions that improve marketing efficiency and customer engagement
