Dispatcher Commercial

Job Description:

As a Dispatcher, we are looking for a professional, capable of managing and accurately handling the flow of international transports.

Key Responsibilities:

Full coordination of the shipping processes, from order receipt to delivery completion.

Organizing the necessary transport documentation (CMRs) and ensuring compliance with international legislation.

Constant interaction with clients and logistics partners to ensure high-quality service and promptly address operational challenges.

Supervising and coordinating driver teams, including transmitting precise instructions and monitoring vehicle positions.

Analyzing daily route performance and driver activity to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Our Requirements:

A graduate degree, ideally in a field relevant to logistics or management.

Advanced communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to plan and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Strong initiative in identifying and implementing solutions to operational problems.

Leadership skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

Resilience under stress and flexibility in managing unexpected situations.

Proficiency in using computers, including industry-specific software.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.

Available to work in the office, 5 days a week, and in shifts.

At least two years of experience in the logistics field, with knowledge of the transport market and applicable legislation.
