Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Dumbrava Roşie. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing transport schedules, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining communication with drivers and customers, and handling any issues or changes that arise during transit. The Dispatcher will also monitor the tracking of shipments, manage logistics documentation, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, and scheduling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining customer and driver relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience in the logistics and transport industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are beneficial
