Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

The Regional Sales Representative will cover the following area: TM, AR, SB, HD, CS

The general objective of the Regional Sales Representative is to coordinate the implementation of the sales strategy at the store and area level and to execute the 4Ps according to Reckitt Benckiser's recommendations with excellence. These 4P recommendations are either e-mailed from people in various functions in RB or can be found on specific addresses on Share Point, specific applications, the addresses being communicated by e-mail.

Your responsibilities

Coordinates sales in the designated area.

Is responsible for reaching the targets in the assigned portfolio.

Constantly manages the orders at the store/channel level and follows the general process for achieving the monthly objectives, obtaining information from each store about delivered/not delivered.

Builds good relationships both with the other RSR colleagues, as well as with those in the office, especially with the KAMs and Customer Marketing teams, in order to successfully implement the agreed actions in IKA.

Prepares and submits periodic reports to the direct manager and other requests from the Reckitt Benckiser organization.

Develop the Local Success Model (LSM) at store level. Measurement - data completion in daily reports (Hermes) are mandatory.

Collects data from competitors in the stores and informs the Field Manager every week or whenever necessary.

Coordinates and supervises the activity of merchandisers: trains at the workplace, sets quality objectives.

The experience we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business/commercial-related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG in field sales or marketing is an advantage
  • Available to travel in Romania, in the designated area
  • Very good commercial knowledge and understanding of sales strategies and 4P implementation
