General HR Support

  • Provide excellent customer service to employees contacting the HR People department.
  • Assist with inbound calls and route issues to appropriate People teams.
  • Support payroll and timesheet inquiries, HR data changes, and general HR services.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Use PeopleSoft and internal systems to research and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and process optimisation.

Romania-Specific Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll inputs by accurately updating complex Excel databases with employee data changes.
  • Maintain close contact with the payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Gather, sign, and archive all people-related documents in designated folders.
  • Scan and record personnel files across multiple document management systems.
  • Follow the recruitment process and ensure candidate files are uploaded and archived correctly.
  • Perform administrative tasks including Excel database validations and document tracking.

Greece-Specific Responsibilities

  • Implement and guide others through standard employee relations procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external payroll and admin providers.
  • Collect all necessary documentation for new hires and ensure contracts are issued by the payroll provider.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment practices and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of HR-related experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Greek and/or Romanian language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with document management systems and payroll coordination preferred.
