HR Admin & Payroll Specialist @ HeyBlu
HeyBlu is a Romanian e-money licensed fintech company that aims to provide financial services to customers and merchants operating in e-commerce and digital space. What you'll have to do:
- Accurately process employee payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring timely payments and legal compliance.
- Manage relationships with our in-country and out-country Payroll providers with focus on the accuracy and timely receipt of payroll services.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage the hiring and exit processes, including the onboarding and offboarding process, documentation, system updates etc.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, certificates, benefits, and time off, etc.
- Prepare payroll reports and collaborate with finance for accurate accounting.
- Assist with HR metrics tracking and monthly reporting.
- Coordinate leave management (sick leave, annual leave, parental leave, etc.).
- Manage employee benefits administration and coordinate with external providers.
- Assist with organizing internal HR processes, training, or events.
- Continuously improving HR administrative processes for better efficiency and employee experience.
- Creating and reviewing procedures and policies.
How we'd like you to be:
Hard Skills:
- With Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- With strong English language skills (written and spoken).
- With proven experience min 3+ years in payroll processing (Romanian and International) and HR administration.
- With strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations (Romanian and International).
- With proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- With high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Soft Skills (Interpersonal & Personal Traits):
- With strong organizational and time management skills.
- Discreet and trustworthy with handling confidential information.
- With the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- With problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve systems.
- Adaptable and calm under pressure, especially during payroll deadlines.
