Who we are looking for
We're looking for a motivated
HR specialist
to support our client's team across a variety of administrative and operational tasks. In this role, you'll be an essential part of the team — helping drive recruitment activities, coordinating employee onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Confident use English (minimum C1 level).
- Experience in a HR role
or administrative position preferred, ideally within a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (preferred) and / or MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Your future role
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and paper formats.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements regarding employee documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Assisting employees with benefits enrollment and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee benefits.
- Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and programs.
- Supporting the HR team in handling employee relations issues as needed.
- Preparing HR-related documents from templates, such as employment contracts and letters.
