The HR Operations Manager reports directly to the HR Director and plays a key role in shaping and executing the HR strategy across the organization. This role is responsible for leading HR operations, supporting business objectives through effective people management, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. You will oversee HR administration and business partnering teams, drive process improvements, and lead initiatives in employee engagement, retention, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR teams
    – Coordinate HR Administration and HR Business Partner Teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize HR processes
    – Design and improve workflows and procedures to support business needs and compliance.
  • Deliver HR training
    – Develop and facilitate sessions on labor law and HR best practices for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide HR support
    – Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Stakeholder management
    – Build strong relationships with internal departments and external HR service providers.
  • Conflict resolution
    – Address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Retention programs
    – Create and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Disciplinary oversight
    – Lead investigations and ensure fair, compliant handling of disciplinary cases.
  • HR improvement initiatives
    – Identify and implement enhancements to HR structures, policies, and programs.
  • HR system management
    – Administer HRIS, resolve system issues, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Reporting & analytics
    – Generate HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Vendor coordination
    – Manage relationships with external HR service providers for benefits, and legal support.

Requirements:

  • Min +4 years experience in HR leadership roles, including team management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Charisma, iCIMS, Workday) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
