in Romania, offering 205 spacious rooms, including 17 suites, overlooking King Michael I Park. Located within the World Trade Center Bucharest complex, the hotel is only a few minutes away from modern office buildings, the largest exhibition and congress center in Romania, Romexpo, and downtown Bucharest. The Conference & Exhibition Center with 17 meeting rooms can welcome up to 1000 people and is ideal for business meetings, conferences, and personal events. Our guests can choose between the Barbizon Steak House restaurant, La Galette | Sweet and Meet, Paris Bucharest Brasserie, and the L'Arpège Bar.

Your experience and skills include:

If you are a person who interacts easily with people, if you are patient as well as active and focused according to the situation, hospitable with a strong desire to make others feel comfortable and take their problems into your hands, solving them, then you might be a good fit to join us.

Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel sales (international brand).

Candidates with solid sales experience outside hotel sales with a proven track record will also be considered.

Knowledge of the Bucharest corporate, MICE and agency market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Romanian.

Strong teamwork and customer-centric approach.

Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

Develop and manage a portfolio of local and international corporate, MICE and/or agency clients.

Identify new business opportunities in the Bucharest market, focusing on accommodation, meetings, and events.

Negotiate and prepare proposals, contracts and rate agreements in line with Accor standards.

Coordinate closely with Operations, Revenue, and Marketing to ensure flawless service delivery.

Represent the hotel at site inspections, client meetings, networking events.
