What you will do

As Sales Manager – Digital Advertising, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Romanian market.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by identifying their needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Drive new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach and strategic outreach.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals, and lead meetings both online and in person.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and build long-term, value-based relationships with your clients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and international environment.
  • Stay on top of digital advertising trends and continuously grow your expertise through internal and external trainings.
  • Represent Shopfully at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Be an ambassador for our brand and values in the Romanian market.
What you will need
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or tech-driven environments.
  • A completed degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, combined with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you're confident, curious, and a great listener.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A high level of initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
