We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Sales Manager for Romania
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and developing a sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and monitoring performance to drive results
- Acquiring new clients/partners, as well as expanding the portfolio of products and services among existing clients.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Managing the acquisition process for new clients/partners, driving business development and customer acquisition efforts
- Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives.
- Proven experience in channel (indirect) and indirect sales, specifically in Microsoft licensing and services
- Strong background in working with partners/clients
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a sales team, with a focus on achieving sales goals
- Strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute growth strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
