Role Overview
The Sales Manager role is both strategic and operational, with direct responsibilities in formulating and executing the sales strategy, developing the commercial team, and generating direct sales. The position requires a performance-driven mindset, analytical thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate direct B2B sales in line with commercial objectives
• Define the overall sales strategy: channels, industries, customer segments
• Shape the product sales strategy: identify product adaptation needs, pricing policies
• Develop and implement plans to achieve strategic goals
• Build and lead the sales team: structure, profiles, KPIs, budgets, recruitment and training
• Manage team performance and ensure delivery of commercial targets
• Coordinate budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial sector
• Proven track record in direct sales and commercial team management
• Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills
• Strategic thinking, results orientation, and influencing ability
• Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and commercial KPIs
