Job Description – Sales Manager

UBRIS is looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our client base across branding, multimedia, and strategic consultancy services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and creating long-term value for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for UBRIS services (branding, multimedia design, and strategic consultancy);

Identify and approach potential clients, generating new business opportunities;

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients;

Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored proposals and service packages;

Meet and exceed sales targets, while delivering exceptional client experience;

Represent UBRIS at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in creative, consultancy, or service-based industries;

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;

Strategic mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach;

Fluent in English (other languages are a plus);

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
