Job Title: Office Administrator / HR Admin

Personal Profile:

  • Highly motivated and hands-on Office Administrator / HR Admin .
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive individual with strong initiative and the capability to work independently while supporting various administrative and HR functions.

Duties
:

Office Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Human Resources:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

General Support:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks .

Background Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration and/or HR roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Office applications.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
