We are seeking our new
HR Generalist
to join the Axway team, providing HR & Internal Comm support to the organization and management to achieve business goals. You will handle daily core HR functions, such as employee relations, training and event organization.

Responsibilities
You will assist the Learning and Development by:

• facilitating the training logistics, registration, and feedback collection for our L&D platform;
• coordinating the internal training program (research for different training needs);

You Will Ensure HR Admin Tasks By

• updating the company's policies and procedures;
• JD's preparation & updates;
• updating the Workday HCM database;
• preparing reports & statistics on different HR topics;
• launch internal surveys & do research on different topics at management's request;
• vendor contract renewals

You will oversee the internal communication initiatives and events by:

• internal communication messages and campaigns;
• organizing internal events (external visits, internal events, teambuilding, Xmas party);
• launching internal surveys & research on different topics at management's request;
• preparing the quarterly newsletter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree;
• 1 year experience on similar activities;
• Good communication & creative writing skills;
• Excellent command of English language - both written and spoken;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
• Ability to be proactive and maintain a commonsense approach;
• Good problem solver and decision making appropriate for the job level;
• Very detail oriented and organized.
