We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Operations Coordinator
to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the sales function by streamlining processes, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring the sales team has the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the sales team regarding systems, reporting, and process queries.
  • Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new sales team members and ensure they have access to systems and tools.
  • Support the execution of sales initiatives, campaigns, and projects.
  • Work closely with finance, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize cross-departmental processes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement to drive efficiency within the sales cycle.

About You

  • Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
