JOB PURPOSE

Within the framework of the activities entrusted to him/her by his/her hierarchy, the Sales Manager supervises operations linked to the invoicing of materials and equipment, in order to respect legal deadlines and the needs and constraints of internal stakeholders and customers.

Job Description

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES Billing and follow-up - Supervise invoicing for machines, equipment (new and used) and tires - Extract billing forecast data and check consistency with actual sales - Draw up and analyze billing-related dashboards - Overseeing the leasing of machines - Verify completion of sales declarations with the manufacturer(s) - Communicate detailed sales figures (in units) to internal stakeholders - Validate and charge invoices and equipment disposals - Manage provisions for outstanding invoices and assignments to be settled - Monitor margins (sales analysis, file tracking, problem resolution, etc.) and justify any margin discrepancies - Respond to requests from the statutory auditors (supporting documents, proof of delivery) - Support, inform and advise operational teams - Contribute to the continuous improvement of its scope (processes, specifications, etc.) - Supervise used equipment stock entries - Update and monitor business indicators Management - Ensure that resources (means, human resources, etc.) are correctly sized on the basis of activity, in collaboration with line management - Support and monitor the team(s) assigned to him/her (integration, skills development, etc.) - Participate in the application of HR policy (performance, compensation, etc.) by collaboration with human resources teams - Manage, monitor and control the working hours and absences of the team(s) assigned to it (hours worked, vacations, calendar, etc.), using business tools where necessary RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Guarantee quality and billing deadlines - Ensure the application of administrative procedures - Ensuring that production costs are properly taken into account - Ensure that the company's pricing policy is respected by internal stakeholders - Support and guarantee the performance of teams and their scope - Know, apply and enforce internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE Diploma(s) and/or experience(s) Bac +3 to Bac +5 level in management sciences or accounting and/or significant experience desirable Specific knowledge(s) Technical skill(s) - General knowledge of finance (accounting, management science, etc.) - General knowledge of IT tools and information systems - Professional product knowledge (ranges, features, etc.) - General management knowledge - Advanced intermediate level in English (B2) Behavioral skill(s) - Analytical skills - Organizational skills - Adaptability - Rigor - People skills
