Maintenance Shift Coordinator

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical certification in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Mechanical, Electrical etc.);
  • Experience: minim 5 years;
  • Good knowledge of electric, mechanic, automation systems.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Adaptability;
  • Solid technical knowledge;
  • Team-oriented and focused on continuous improvement;
  • Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members, competent in problem solving, planning and decision making;
  • English Proficiency: Intermediate level (both written and spoken);
  • Availability to work in 3 shifts;
  • Driving License.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure conditions align with management decisions and operational goals;
  • Oversee compliance with maintenance and repair programs for machines and installations;
  • Maintain adherence to technologies and work instructions;
  • Implement measures to enhance economic efficiency;
  • Coordinate activities based on technical plans and specific maintenance programs;
  • Conduct weekly analysis of breakdowns to identify root causes;
  • Manage preventive maintenance and ensure urgent repairs of faulty or low-reliability equipment;
  • Propose modernization initiatives to improve machine performance;
  • Provide technical solutions for production-related issues;
  • Ensure proper technical documentation for maintenance and repairs;
  • Collaborate with the Supply Department for availability of spare parts;
  • Perform additional tasks delegated by superiors based on expertise;
  • Monitor and promote efficient energy (electricity/natural gas) use;
  • Identify opportunities for energy consumption optimization;
  • Propose projects to improve energy efficiency within the area;
  • Report malfunctions related to energy exploitation to superiors;
  • Constantly seek improvement opportunities in resource efficiency (processes, costs, time);
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement action plans for improvements;
  • Lead and supervise maintenance technicians during shifts;
  • Develop and oversee projects aimed at operational and energy efficiency improvements.
