We are currently seeking a
Head of Marketing Growth
to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location
: Bucharest, Romania (on-site: Piata Presei Libere 3-5 City Gate South Tower).

Responsibilities:

• Lead all digital marketing operations across acquisition, automation, SEO, and conversion optimization.
• Build and refine full-funnel frameworks that drive measurable client acquisition and retention.
• Oversee paid media, influencer, and affiliate activities, ensuring cost-effective and compliant growth.
• Coordinate with Product, Data, and CRM teams to ensure funnel integrity and attribution accuracy.
• Identify, test, and deploy new marketing technologies, AI tools, and automation systems that enhance ROI.
• Define clear performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and continuously improve outcomes.
• Strengthen team capability and accountability by mentoring leads across functional areas.
• Report directly to the CMO, contributing to strategic planning and long-term growth direction.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in marketing, with proven experience leading growth or performance teams.
• Strong knowledge of paid acquisition (Google, Meta, programmatic), SEO, and funnel optimization.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM integration, and analytics platforms.
• Data-driven decision-maker with deep understanding of attribution and CRO principles.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools, personalization systems, and modern martech stacks.
• Excellent leadership, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Experience in fintech, trading, payments, or a similarly regulated sector preferred.
• Experience in ecommerce or gaming / gambling also considered a plus.
• Fluent English required; additional languages (German, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus.
