We are looking for an experienced within iGaming indistry Head of Marketing to lead and optimize the marketing function for our client's B2C iGaming project (casino and sportsbook).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across various jurisdictions with focus on Romanian market.

As their new Head of Marketing you will:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the gambling market
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with regional teams.
  • Lead and mentor diverse teams, inspiring excellence and innovation.
  • Optimize business processes for maximum financial efficiency.
  • Identify and manage risks across business operations and marketing campaigns.
  • Use market insights to create effective marketing campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the gambling industry.
  • Create a supportive work environment that encourages creativity and ambition.
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing in the online betting industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Romanian market within an online casino and sportsbook operator.
  • Expertise in data analytics, financial modelling, and risk management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and reputation management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
