We're Hiring: Head of CRM – iGaming / Gambling Industry

We're looking for a
Head of CRM
who lives and breathes data, player retention, and personalized experiences — someone ready to take our CRM strategy to the next level.

What You'll Do

  • Define and implement the
    end-to-end CRM strategy
    – onboarding, retention, reactivation, and VIP lifecycle management.
  • Lead
    multi-channel campaigns
    (email, push, SMS, in-app, on-site) and craft personalized experiences for every player segment.
  • Analyze player behavior and segment data to maximize
    engagement and lifetime value
    .
  • Manage and mentor a talented CRM team, collaborating closely with
    Marketing, Product, BI, and Data Science
    teams.
  • Deliver
    regular performance reports and dashboards
    (retention, conversion, reactivation, LTV, churn, etc.), providing actionable insights for management.
  • Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
  • Experiment, innovate, and continuously improve our CRM and engagement tactics.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–5+ years of experience in
    CRM, marketing automation, or player retention
    , ideally within iGaming, eCommerce, or digital entertainment.
  • Proven experience
    leading CRM teams and managing budgets
    .
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in
    KPI reporting, performance tracking, and data interpretation
    .
  • Hands-on experience with modern
    CRM and marketing automation platforms
    (Optimove, Salesforce, Braze, Emarsys, HubSpot, etc.) and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
