Cluster Head of eCommerce

Location:
Bucharest, Romania

We're looking for an experienced and passionate
Cluster Head of eCommerce
to drive our online business strategy, performance, and innovation across the East Cluster (Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece).

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering strong digital sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic direction — while adapting to local market dynamics.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee and drive eCommerce performance across the cluster, ensuring profitability, cost control, and achievement of business goals.
  • Develop and implement tailored growth strategies aligned with Group objectives and local consumer behavior.
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand online market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, commercial, logistics, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of eCommerce initiatives.
  • Shape the commercial and promotional calendar, balancing brand equity with revenue targets.
  • Lead the performance marketing function, optimizing budget allocation and ROI across channels.
  • Work with SEO and content teams to drive long-term organic traffic growth.
  • Continuously improve website UX/UI and online shopping experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the eCommerce team — fostering high performance, innovation, and collaboration.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or eCommerce
    .
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in a similar role (retail experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of
    digital commerce, online retailing, and customer experience optimization
    .
  • Knowledge of
    eCommerce regulations
    ,
    data protection laws
    , and
    industry standards
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    and
    English
    .
