Suntem percepuți capremium accesibil, cu produse de top pentru fiecare buzunar.Misiunea roluluiSă conduci creșterea King Nutrition prinmarketing digital, expansiune pe noi piețe și optimizare operațională, transformând datele și campaniile înrezultate concrete și profitabile.Acest rol combină strategie + execuție hands-on și cere un profilindependent, proactiv, cu inițiativă— cineva care nu așteaptă să i se spună ce să facă, vine cu idei, știe să rezolve probleme rapid și fluent în utilizarea AI/LLM pentru marketing și optimizare operațională.Responsabilități principale Marketing digital & GrowthManagementul campaniilor Meta și Google AdsCrearea și coordonarea conținutului video TikTok / Instagram Reels (în colaborare cu editor remote)Testarea și implementarea campaniilor de influenceri și micro-influenceriDezvoltarea de oferte, bundle-uri și campanii promoționaleAnaliza datelor și optimizarea continuă a campaniilor (ROAS, cost/acțiune, conversii) Expansiune & operațiuniCoordonarea lansării în piețe noi (logistică, plăți, adaptare site)Listarea și optimizarea pe marketplace-uri noiGestionarea feedurilor de produse și integrarea cu sisteme de tracking și CMS Analiză & raportareCrearea și monitorizarea dashboard-urilor cu vânzări, trafic și ROIIdentificarea produselor și campaniilor cu cel mai mare potențialRaportare săptămânală: rezultate, concluzii, propuneri de acțiuneProfilul candidatului ideal3–6 ani experiență în e-commerce / growth marketing / digital marketing , dar suntem deschiși și la talente tinere cu potențial mare care vor să învețe și să crească rapidHands-on cu Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, TikTok Ads & organic, feed-uri produseCunoaștere operațională de bază: CMS, Tag Manager, tracking, landing pagesAnalitic, organizat, inițiativă reală ("face să se întâmple")Experiență coordonare freelanceri sau mici echipePasiune pentru fitness, nutriție, lifestyle activ – avantaj majorObiective concrete (KPI-uri)Primele 3 luni:Activare campanii Meta & Google cu ROAS > 10Creștere trafic site +x% vs luna precedentăX+ clipuri video TikTok / Instagram ReelsPlan complet si lansare efectivă intr-o piata nouaListare pe marketplace-uri noi3–6 luni:Atingerea pragului de X comenzi/lunăCampanii automate de e-mail / reactivare cliențiPachet salarialFull-timePart-time (4h/zi)In functie de experientaCum apliciTrimite CV și portofoliu / exemple de campanii lacu subiectul:"Growth Marketing Manager – King Nutrition"
