Vei conduce toate inițiativele de marketing la nivel de grup, coordonând strategia, poziționarea brandurilor și campaniile de creștere. Rolul tău este să consolidezi prezența Flavours Group pe piață, să susții creșterea veniturilor și să creezi o identitate coerentă pentru toate brandurile din portofoliu.

Responsabilități

Strategie & coordonare

  • Dezvolți și implementezi strategia de marketing pentru toate brandurile Flavours alături de echipă și colaboratori
  • Coordonezi echipa internă de marketing formată din 5 persoane (social media, online, design, brand management).
  • Aliniezi planurile de comunicare cu obiectivele de business.
  • Monitorizezi performanța și optimizezi constant campaniile (ROI & KPI).

Campanii & canale

  • Creezi campanii multi-canal (social media, digital ads, PR, activări, campanii offline).
  • Asiguri coerența comunicării pe toate platformele.
  • Coordonezi pagini de campanie, funnel-uri și comunicarea digitală.

Conținut & vizual

  • Creezi campanii multi-canal (social media, digital ads, PR, activări, campanii offline).
  • Asiguri coerența comunicării pe toate platformele.
  • Coordonezi pagini de campanie, funnel-uri și comunicarea digitală.

Colaborare

  • Lucrezi alături de agenții externe (PR, media buying, creație, etc).
  • Colaborezi cu echipele interne pentru aliniere în comunicare și susținere pentru vânzări & evenimente.

Obiective cheie (în primul an)

  • Creșterea notorietății Flavours Group și consolidarea identității brandurilor.
  • Dezvoltarea unei strategii coerente de conținut digital & social media.
  • Crearea unor campanii integrate cu impact (corporate & B2C).
  • Optimizarea prezenței online (site-uri, SEO, UX).
  • Creșterea volumului de lead-uri și a engagement-ului comunităților noastre.

Profilul tău

Hard skills:

  • 3–5 ani experiență în marketing (ideal în ospitalitate, evenimente, F&B, lifestyle).
  • Cunoștințe solide de marketing digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Experiență în coordonarea campaniilor integrate și în lucru cu agenții externe.
  • Cunoștințe de analiză & raportare (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM).

Soft skills:

  • Gândire strategică și creativă.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare scrisă și vizuală.
  • Organizare, autonomie și orientare spre rezultate.
  • Energie, pasiune pentru gastronomie, evenimente și experiențe memorabile.
