Cerinte:

  • Experiență relevanta (minim 5-7 ani) în coordonarea echipelor de vânzări, preferabil în domeniul retail, turism sau alte industrii cu puncte de lucru multiple;
  • Studii superioare finalizate (preferabil în Business, Marketing, Turism);
  • Limba engleză – nivel avansat;
  • Abilități excelente de leadership și coordonare, cu experiență dovedită în conducerea unei echipe mari de angajați (+100);
  • Capacitate de a gândi strategic, dar și de a se implica operațional atunci când este necesar;
  • Experiență în analiza indicatorilor de performanta, implementarea de strategii de creștere și motivarea echipelor;
  • Orientare către rezultate, dar și către oameni – abilități puternice de comunicare, feedback și motivare;
  • Cunoștințe bune de MS Office, platforme CRM și raportare;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B;
  • Disponibilitate la deplasare în interes de serviciu (intern/extern).

Responsabilitati:

  • Dezvoltă și implementează strategia de vânzări la nivel național si regional, conform obiectivelor companiei;
  • Coordonează, motivează și evaluează echipa de vânzări (ASM, manageri de agentii, agenti de vanzari);
  • Stabilește obiective individuale și de echipă, monitorizează performanța și ia măsuri pentru atingerea target-urilor stabilite;
  • Analizeaza vanzarile, indicatorii de performanta, piata si concurenta; elaboreaza rapoarte si propuneri strategice;
  • Identifică noi oportunități de piață, de crestere a vanzarilor și de imbunatatire a experientei clientului;
  • Participa activ la programe de training, dezvoltare si motivare a echipelor;
  • Negociază contracte comerciale și stabilește condiții de colaborare avantajoase pentru companie;
  • Colaborează cu toate departamentele implicate (marketing, product, financiar, suport) pentru campanii, oferte si optimizarea procesului de vânzare;
  • Elaborează rapoarte periodice privind rezultatele vânzărilor, bonusurile acordate și propune măsuri de îmbunătățire.
