Position Summary
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Romanian and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Romanian and Bulgarian market, including Retail Key Accounts, Installers and Wholesalers. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent customer management skills and the ability to navigate the residential air conditioning market effectively.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Retail Key Accounts, Installers, and Wholesalers to ensure long-term partnerships and mutual growth.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the residential air conditioning segment, focusing on increasing market share and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.
- Conduct regular review meetings with key stakeholders to keep them informed about product offerings, updates, and market trends.
- Provide technical support and training to installers and wholesalers to enhance their understanding of product applications and benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Manage end-to-end project tracking, sales forecasting, and conversion to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Seek out and develop new business partners across defined customer target groups, including installers, wholesalers, and retail partners.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on residential air conditioning.
- Education in HVAC, business management, or a related subject is preferred.
- Solid English Knowledge
- Driver license
