Job description - As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with current and /or new customers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identifying clients' needs and preparing tailored solutions and commercial offers

  • Achieving monthly sales targets according with the yearly budget

  • Ensuring that the development of the contract is in accordance with the agreed terms and proposing tailor-made actions in order to obtain qualitative and quantitative KPI`s

  • Establish and prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for sharing with internal/external parties

  • Focus on seeking new business opportunities for assigned clients or new customers

  • Active part in contract negotiations

  • Identify & drive operational improvements / changes towards service excellence

  • Ensure the coordination of the merchandising team in the assigned clients

  • Resolve any issue faced by customers in order to maintain trust and build a strong relationship

  • Play an active role in order to maintain a respectful and collaborating work environment.

Required Skills and Experience:︇︆︁︄︁︈︉︃︂︆︄︄︁︁︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︂

  • Proven work experience of minimum 5 years as a Key Account Manager with IKA and Traditional Trade portfolio, preferable in the Retail/ FMCG area

  • Financial analysis skills

  • Presentation, communication and negotiation skills

  • Proven customer service and sales skills, drive for results

  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player

  • Strong decision-making, organization and analytical skills

  • Advanced MS Office tools

  • Excellent English language skills, Turkish language is an advantage

  • B-category driver's license

-Bachelor's Degree
