Company Description

(SEACE) in Amsterdam in 2017. SEACE coordinates activities across over 30 European countries, focusing on innovation in cooling, heating, domestic hot water, refrigeration, and smart building solutions. SEACE offers ongoing technical training, after sales and technical support, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bucharest for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, creating and executing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and performing analytical tasks to support business growth. The role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and ensure Samsung's solutions meet their requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
  • Customer Service skills and experience in maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the HVAC or electronics industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
