Role Description

It is important that the candidate resides in
Timisoara and/or surrounding area
as there may occasionally be meetings or activities that require physical presence in the area.

This is a full-time role for a Key Account Manager, located in Bucharest, Romania. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks include business planning and executing strategies to meet account objectives and goals. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and support to key clients. This is an on-site role.

  • Account Management and Key Accounts skills
  • Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience
  • Customer Service capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Bucharest, Romania
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is an advantage
