    Responsabilitati:

  • Verifica si proceseaza contractele noi ale segmentelor Card, Wholesale/Angro, Bitum si GPL din cadrul departamentului Sales & Supply

  • Administreaza si actualizeaza fisierele interne existente in mod permanent si cu acuratete in ceea ce priveste datele clientului pentru segmentele Card, WholesaleAngro, Bitum si GPL

  • Intocmeste Fisa SAP de creare a noilor clienti si modificare date ale clientilor existenti pentru segmentul Card, Wholesales/Angro, Bitum si GPL

  • Preia, verifica si inregistreaza garantiile contractuale in fișierele dedicate și le preda departamentului financiar; Asigura expedierea contractelor catre persoanele mandatate să semneze

  • Ofera suport echipei de vanzari cu privire la contractele existente sau noi prin transmiterea recurenta de informari; Ofera suport statiilor si clienților cu privire la contractele incheiate; Actualizeaza draft-urile de contracte ale segmentelor Card si Wholesale/Angro in limita drepturilor conferite

  • Actualizeaza si intocmeste noi variante de acte adiționale specifice segmentelor Card si Wholesale/Angro in limita drepturilor conferite si in conformitate cu Politica Comerciala.
    Intocmeste raportul lunar de evidenta a contractelor incheiate in luna precedenta pe segmentele Card și Angro

Cu sediul social la Cluj-Napoca, sediul de business la Bucuresti, un sediu administrativ la Arad si un numar de aproximativ 250 de angajati, MOL Romania - subsidiara a MOL Group, reprezinta una dintre cele mai importante companii petroliere din Romania. MOL Romania are un portofoliu extins de produse si servicii in domeniul comertului de carburanti, lubrifianti, produse petrochimice si bitum. In prezent, compania detine un numar de 218 statii de servicii, 2 depozite de carburanti, la Giurgiu si Tileagd si un terminal LPG la Tileagd.
