We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven
Hotel Contracting Manag
er to join our Global Contracting Team
,
with a focus on Eastern Europe.

While this role covers multiple countries in the region, for this recruitment cycle, we are specifically looking for a candidate based in Romania. You will be responsible for developing and managing strong hotel partnerships across Eastern Europe, negotiating competitive rates, securing availability, and expanding our hotel portfolio to support Go Global Travel's strategic growth and regional coverage.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hotel partners across Eastern Europe, including Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, and additional key destinations.


• Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements in line with Yanolja Go Global guidelines, legal frameworks, and revenue objectives.


• Monitor the performance of contracted hotels to ensure competitive rates, strong availability, and market-driven promotions.


• Identify new hotel partners and expand coverage in primary and secondary destinations to meet market demand.


• Ensure accurate and timely contract loading, and follow up on operational issues such as book-outs, cancellations, and payment matters.


• Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment and maximize business results.


• Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.


• Represent Go Global Travel at trade fairs, industry events, and meetings with existing or potential partners.

Qualifications


• Based in Romania. Physical presence in the country is required.


• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Contracting Manager or a similar role within the travel/hospitality industry.


• Strong knowledge of the Eastern European hospitality market.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.


• Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.


• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive results.


• Fluent in English. Additional Eastern European languages are a strong advantage.
