IMSAT este in cautarea unui Contract Manager cu experienta solida in revizuirea, negocierea si administrarea contractelor in constructii.

Daca esti un profesionist pragmatic, atent la detalii si cu o abordare constructiva, care sa poata asigura echilibrul intre cerintele juridice necesare reducerii riscurilor companiei, cu provocarile comerciale si operationale ale proiectelor, te asteptam in echipa noastra.

Care sunt responsabilitatile postului?

Redacteaza, avizeaza si negociaza contractele societatii.

Comunica indeaproape cu echipa de Contract Management si Managerii de Proiect pe tot parcursul derularii proiectelor

Urmareste proiectele in care societatea este implicata, analizeaza evolutia acestora. Identifica riscuri si le semnaleaza in timp util echipei de proiect. Ofera solutii in vederea diminuarii acestora.

Verifica respectarea procedurilor impuse prin contracte sau prin legislatia aplicabila contractelor, redacteaza notificari, informari.

Redacteaza notificari de reziliere, de punere in intarziere, somatii de plata, ordonante de plata, cesiuni de creata, etc.

Asigura respectarea procedurilor contractuale si legale, intocmind si transmitand documentatia necesara in termenele stabilite.

Reprezinta societatea in fata instantelor de judecata si formuleaza actiunile necesare, urmarind pronuntarea sentintelor si a termenelor de judecata acordate.

Intocmeste si inregistreaza documentatia necesara in relatiile societatii cu institutiile din Romania si reprezinta societatea in vederea obtinerii actelor si avizelor necesare

Promoveaza o abordare comerciala constructiva, protejand interesele companiei si reducand riscurile operationale.

Ce asteptam de la tine?

Experienta de minimum 5 ani intr-o pozitie similara (Contract Manager / Legal Advisor in constructii sau infrastructura).

Limba engleza – nivel avansat.

Cunostinte solide de operare MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Abilitati excelente de comunicare, relationare si adaptare.

Capacitate de analiza si de lucru eficient in contexte complexe.
