IMSAT
is looking for a
Contract Manager
with solid experience in reviewing, negotiating, and administering construction contracts.

If you are a pragmatic professional, detail-oriented and with a constructive approach, capable of balancing the legal requirements necessary to mitigate company risks with the commercial and operational challenges of projects, we would be happy to welcome you to our team.

What will your responsibilities be?

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates the company's contracts.

Works closely with the Contract Management team and Project Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Monitors the projects in which the company is involved, analyzes their progress, identifies risks, and reports them in due time to the project team. Provides solutions to mitigate these risks.

Ensures compliance with contractual procedures and applicable legislation, prepares notices and formal communications.

Drafts termination notices, notices of default, payment demands, payment orders, assignment agreements, etc.

Ensures compliance with contractual and legal procedures by preparing and submitting the necessary documentation within established deadlines.

Represents the company in court and prepares the necessary legal actions, monitoring court decisions and scheduled hearings.

Prepares and files documentation required in the company's interactions with Romanian institutions and represents the company in obtaining the necessary permits and approvals.

Promotes a constructive, commercially oriented approach while protecting the company's interests and reducing operational risks.

What are we looking for?

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Contract Manager / Legal Advisor in construction or infrastructure).

Advanced English proficiency.

Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.

Strong analytical abilities and capacity to work effectively in complex environments.
