Furnizam servicii de întretinere tehnica si curatenie profesionala în toate regiunile din Romania cu un numar de peste 800 de angajati permanenti.

Jobul presupune mentinerea relatiei cu clientii EFMS in scopul indeplinirii obligatiilor contractuale existente, avand urmatoarele responsabilitati:

  • Dezvoltarea si gestionarea eficienta a portofoliului de clienti;
  • Mentinerea contactului cu partenerii existenti in vederea imbunatatirii serviciilor oferite si a solutionarii problemelor aparute;
  • Evaluare tehnica lucrari noi- solicitari noi de la clienti, potentiali clienti
  • Transmiterea informatiilor din teren catre persoanele responsabile din cadrul companiei
  • Implementarea operationala a noilor contracte: dotare tehnica, angajare personal, organizare ture, training personal, etc, pana la predarea catre responsabilul de contract.
  • Evaluare problemelor fiecarui client si impreuna cu echipa operationala propunere solutii alternative pentru a satisface nevoile clientului;
  • Vizite in locatiile aflate in gestiune- periodic

Candidatul Ideal:

  • Studii superioare economice/tehnice
  • 2 ani experienta in gestionare contracte cu expunere la servicii de curatenie si mentenanta
  • Cunostinte privind selectia si managementul relatiilor cu furnizorii;
  • Capacitate de organizare;
  • Cunostinte medii de limba engleza;
  • Cunostinte medii de MS Office;
