We specialize in modern, energy-efficient homes and have already helped hundreds of families turn their dream of owning a house into reality. Now it's your turn to bring that vision to Romanian clients.
The Opportunity
This is a unique chance to build and develop our sales department.
You will be responsible to:
- Develop and execute sales strategy
– build and implement sales plans for the local market. - Manage the sales process
– from lclient meetings, through negotiations, to contract signing. - Build and lead the sales team
– recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate sales representatives. - Deliver sales targets
– take responsibility for achieving quarterly and annual KPIs. - Conduct market and competitor analysis
– monitor trends, pricing, and competitors' activities, adjusting strategy accordingly. - Maintain client relationships
– ensure long-term partnerships, handle after-sales support, and drive cross- and upselling. - Collaborate with external partners
– architects, real estate agencies, investors, subcontractors. - Prepare and deliver sales reports
– create forecasts, performance reviews, and regular reporting for management. - Optimize the sales funnel
– manage CRM, track pipeline efficiency, and implement process improvements. - Lead commercial negotiations
– secure profitable deals while protecting margins. - Work closely with technical teams
– coordinate cost estimations, proposals, and contract preparation.
Who You Are
You're a high-energy sales professional with a commercial mindset and leadership ambition.
- Experience in B2C sales (preferably in a sector with a long and complex sales cycle)
- 3–6 years in a sales leadership or commercial management role
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Entrepreneurial spirit – proactive, hands-on, and willing to get involved in every aspect of the business
- Strong communicator and team builder
- Fluent in English and native Romanian
- Based in Bucharest
