Main Responsibilities:

  • Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, and official requirements for construction projects.
  • Prepare complete and compliant tender documentation (administrative, financial, and technical parts).
  • Collect, organize, and update company references, certificates, licenses, and other supporting documents.
  • Prepare and format offers in the required official tender formats.
  • Ensure that all tender documents are submitted within deadlines and in accordance with Romanian procurement regulations.
  • Maintain an updated database of company qualifications, references, and past performance records.
  • Liaise with contracting authorities when clarifications or additional information are required.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economy, Law, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Previous experience (2–4 years) in tender preparation, public procurement, or contract administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian public procurement legislation and tender procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with official documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with e-procurement platforms (e.g., SEAP/SICAP) is an advantage.
  • Romanian language at advanced level (mandatory).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
